Hi Tahoeskwal,

Do you have a Thias skwal with the standard bindings? I do and just bought some step in proflex bindings and screw the step in heel and bail of and mounted them on the standard Skwal binding. Now i have step in bindings :D Since i bought the cheap step in from Proflex....i just cost me around euro 100,-.

Greets,

Hi

Nice idea of Arjans ;) Thias Japan has also sold out  so your best bet is to ask in the french section and see if anything turns up.

hu good idea indeed, could you make some shots of your homemade bindings, perhaps people can be interested in doing the same assembly!

Zarkod,

I will take some shots tonight and post them here. It's real easy and only take around 5 minutes to mounted them on.

i still haven't had time to shoot some pics but here's the description of how to make you homemade step-ins:

1) go to blue-tomato.at and get yourself the Proflex Challenge Comp. They are around € 100,-
2) screw the bail and heel of these bindings
3) get your Thias bindings and screw the toe and heel bail off
4) take the Proflex bail and intec heel and screw them on the base plate of your Thias binding
5) your're done and can enjoy step-ins (especially for lazy people like myself)

It will take around 10 minutes to build your homemade step-ins. I will try to post some pictures this Sunday.
