Skwal after 4 hours practice

Postby gigabass » 09 May 2011 15:01

finally ... i made it to upload a short video of myself made in march after about 4 hours practice on the skwal :
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGECcekvl3Q
(not only my first skwal experience but also the first video i uploaded on youtube. so don't expect something professional).

got a bit better (more 'stable') in the next days but missed to make a second video.
for sure far away from being perfect, any fair comments highly appreciated.

Yeahh nice run after a really short skwal experience.
We can see that you're not afraid by taking speed and that the most important to discover skwal sensation and progress quickly !

well done gigabass! keep on skwaling. we will wait for your new clip ...

personally, I see symmetry in your body posture, turns are quite smooth , clearly you were getting some confidence with equilibrium and you kept your arms to balance it...ok...at this stage you just need to ride and feel it...stay frontal and carve without striving to reach the snow...

Obi One's Tecnica-Skwal© (Advanced Level) is a must for beginners. Really helps picking it up quickly (at least it did for me).
